paying:
option 1: pay after i accept the commission
option 2: pay after i complete (but before posting)
i'd prefer option 1, but if it's necessary you can do option 2.
time:
if i'm taking too long, feel free to cancel or get a refund if you've paid already. 
please ask the status first, i won't do anything if you leave me with a half finished commission, though ill be pissed off
feel free to send me annoyed comments/notes to get my ass moving, i tend to get very sidetracked
